These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Leadloop(the “Service”), operated by SKILL METAVERSE INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED(“we”, “us”, “our”). Leadloop is a product of Infynyte, a brand of SKILL METAVERSE INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Leadloop helps businesses and creators manage their own Instagram account — automating replies to comments and messages, managing a unified inbox and contacts, and scheduling and publishing posts. Features depend on your plan and on the permissions you grant when connecting an Instagram account.

2. Eligibility and accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract.
  • You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your password secure.
  • You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

3. Connecting Instagram

You may connect only Instagram accounts you own or are authorized to manage. Your use of Instagram through the Service is also subject to Meta’s terms and policies. We access and act on your Instagram account only as needed to provide the features you enable, and in line with the Meta Platform Terms.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Send spam, deceptive, or unsolicited messages, or violate Instagram’s or Meta’s policies.
  • Scrape, harvest, or collect data except as the Service’s features allow.
  • Break any law, infringe others’ rights, or send unlawful, harmful, or offensive content.
  • Interfere with, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service.

You are responsible for the content you send and for obtaining any consent required to message the people you contact. Misuse may lead to suspension by us or by Meta.

5. Plans, billing, and taxes

  • Paid plans are billed in advance through our payment provider (Razorpay), in Indian Rupees.
  • Applicable taxes, including GST, are added as required by law.
  • Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable. You can cancel to stop future renewals.
  • We may change pricing with prior notice; changes apply from your next billing cycle.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by SKILL METAVERSE INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED and is protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service under these Terms. You keep ownership of the content you create; you grant us the limited rights needed to operate the Service for you.

7. Service availability

We work to keep the Service available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may change, and third parties such as Meta may change or limit their platforms, which can affect the Service.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements or be error-free.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SKILL METAVERSE INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the three months before the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if required to protect the Service or comply with law. On termination, your right to use the Service ends and we handle your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at [City], India will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any applicable arbitration agreement.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the new version here and update the “Last updated” date, and notify you of material changes. Continued use of the Service means you accept the updated Terms.
