Data Deletion

This page explains how to delete the data Leadloop (a product of Infynyte, a brand of SKILL METAVERSE INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED) holds about your Instagram account. When we receive a deletion request, we soft-delete the related data immediately and permanently delete it within 30 days, except for limited records we must keep for legal or accounting reasons.

What gets deleted

• Your connected Instagram account and its stored access token.
• Contacts we created for people who interacted with your account, and their profile details.
• Conversations, messages, and automation records tied to the account.

Option 1 — Remove the app from Instagram

In the Instagram app, go to Settings → Apps and websites, find Leadloop, and remove it. Instagram automatically notifies us, and we delete the related data.

Option 2 — Delete it inside Leadloop

Sign in and go to Connected Accounts to disconnect an account, or Settings to delete your entire account. This removes the related data right away.

Option 3 — Email us

Send a request to connect@skillmetaverse.com from the email on your account, and we will delete your data and confirm when it is done.
